Jacque Rose is a retired paralegal residing in Whittemore, Michigan. She is a co-founder of the Friends of the AuGres Rifle Watershed, and has dedicated herself in recent years to researching aspects of oil and gas development and forestry management practices, particularly as it affects areas in proximity to rivers in Northern Michigan.
